2006 Dodge Viper SRT-10

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this 2006 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Coupe Launch Edition for your consideration. The SRT-10 coupe is powered by a 505ci V10 motor producing a strong 500 horsepower and 525 lb.ft. of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission.

With the introduction of the new Viper Coupe in 2006, Dodge added in new styling cues that separated it from the roadster variant. These new design changes included the double-bubble roof that featured raised portions of the roof above the driver and passenger to accommodate for the extra height required when wearing helmets. Also, a more aggressive rear spoiler and diffuser were added. The only shared body panels with the roadster version are the front end of the car which on this example features paint protection film on the front lip to protect against rock chips and other road debris. The launch edition came finished in GTS Blue accented by two white racing stripes running the full length of the car.

Other added performance features were dual Brembo calipers, Corsa exhaust, four-wheel independent suspension, and a Dana 44-4 Hydra-Lok speed-sensing limited-slip differential. The SRT-10 Coupe came equipped from the factory with an aggressive stance featuring 18-inch wheels in the front and 19-inch wheels in the rear.

With the performance focus of the Viper, Dodge left the interior fairly spartan in terms of technology but packed it full of performance-focused features. These include seemingly countless gauges and sport leather seats. The black leather interior did come with an Alpine audio system and push-button start. A true highlight of the Viper is its driving position and feel. The clutch is easy to understand, and the location of the shifter, seat, and dashboard make the driving position excellent.
