1954 Chevrolet 3100

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this 1954 Chevrolet 3100 Pick-Up Resto-Mod for your consideration. This is a custom built Chevy truck that is powered by a Ford 351ci Cleveland V8 motor that routes power through a C6 automatic transmission. The transmission features a Torino style shift-kit. Delivering power to the rear wheels is a Lincoln 9-inch rear end with 3.89 Detroit Truetrac posi gearing. The motor was professionally blue printed, rebuilt, and balanced. An additional radiator is hidden in the whiskey barrel in the bed of the truck that provides additional cooling for the motor.

The exterior of this Chevrolet 3100 is surely unique. It has a custom patina paint that has painted door decals and a gloss clear coat. All dings and dents were left by the selling owner as they thought leaving the truck true to the Kansas farmer that originally owned this truck enhanced the effect of the build. Also featured on the exterior are new Cragar wheels wrapped in Hankook tires, LED lights, new glass, and four wheel disc brakes.

Inside the vehicle has also been modified as well. Highlights include a 6-way power driver seat, custom center console, and custom trim. Another exciting feature of this Chevy/Ford hybrid is functional heating and air conditioning.
