1983 Ford Bronco

GR Auto Gallery is excited to bring to market, this highly original, extremely cool, 1983 Ford Bronco. This is a two owner Bronco that was purchased new and resided in the climate friendly state of Oregon until our recent acquisition. The truck is finished its factory original, Light Medium Blue over its blue interior accented with plaid seats and white hard top and pinstripe. The truck is powered by its bullet proof 300 CID inline 6-cylinder engine, 4 speed manual transmission with low gear, and 4 wheel drive. Factory options include power steering, power brakes, removable hard top, freewheel front hubs, electric rear window, rear mounted spare, front bench seat, factory air conditioning (all components there, compressor spins, belt currently not hooked up), factory chrome wheels, rear step bumper etc.

This Bronco remains rock solid in all areas. It remains extremely original and unmolested with the exception of one repaint in its original color. The body fit is excellent and shows no signs of body repair. The exterior does show a few minor blemishes and a ding or two consistent with age and use. The glass appears to be original as does the exterior trim and bumpers. The interior appears all original. The blue plaid seats are excellent, the interior panels and door panels remain in very good original condition, the interior carpet appears to be original and clean, the accelerator, brake and clutch pedal pads are original, remain intact with good shape and definition. The dash pad around the speaker shows some wear from the sun. The interior retains its original steering wheel, factory shifter cane, original dash fascia, original interior trim and bright work and the electric rear window works great. Inside the door jams, engine bay area and under hood all retain the original factory paint and show well. The engine and engine are not restored or detailed, just clean and honest. The frame and underside of this Bronco have been left original and shows clean, dry with nothing to hide.

Now for the good part, when this came off the truck, I could not wait to drive it. Over a warm and sunny Independence Day weekend, I took the top off and used this Bronco as an everyday driver for over 200 miles. The Bronco flat out drives great. The 6-cylinder engine is not an overabundance of power, but performs excellent around town, in the country and on the highway. The transmission shifts excellent, the 4wd engages the way it should and the low first gear with creep up any grade or through any parade with no issue. This Bronco gets attention and a ton of compliments wherever driven.

It is no secret that all generations of the Ford Bronco are red hot on the special interest car market.
