1991 Kawasaki Jet Mate

In the 80' and 90's the Jet Ski craze was real and very popular at any public beach, lake or ocean landscape. The jet powered Kawasaki was the leader of the pack and one that everyone was chasing on the race circuit or just in the local lakes. The racing circuit was at an all-time high in the early 90's and the crowds came out to watch racers compete all around the globe. This was a great setup for the crew to observe the race, have fun with a group or just enjoy the water without the need to get wet or tired from standing up. Kawasaki offered the Jet Mate just a few years and finding one similar is nearly impossible with the quality and as new condition this one represents itself.

We are super proud to bring to the global market this 1991 Kawasaki Jet Mate. This special jet boat was delivered new out of Cycle Sports in Springfield IL. The owner of the company kept it in his possession and on an MSO until 2018 when he sold the boat to a guy in Texas which was another Kawasaki dealer and he kept the Jet Mate till 2020 when we acquired the special unit. The boat has only been in the water twice, once by 2nd owner and once by us to do the video. It performs flawlessly and we only had to add a new battery.

It is setup for three people and would estimate a top speed about 25-28mph. During our test ride it was extremely fun to control and handled very well. Forward and reverse aspect works nicely and the Jet Mate comes with some nice accessories. This watercraft was surveyed in 2020 by a local legend in the Jet Ski industry Steve Laham owner of Butch's Jets Ski and Team Butch Racing. His feedback was top shelf on the condition and originality of the Jet Mate and stated that finding a similar setup in this condition would nearly be impossible.

This Jet Mate comes with; cover, trim tabs accessory (uninstalled), copy of MSO, copy of survey, 2009 ShoreLand'r trailer, some Kawasaki documents, Kawasaki key chain, front windscreen, side step and new battery. This is the perfect setup for the lake house to stand apart and have something very unique that no one else has.
