Finished in a striking Gold and Bronze exterior over a fresh Black interior, this Beetle has undergone a complete frame-on restoration and is powered by a strong 1915cc flat-four engine with an estimated 4,000 miles since the build, paired to a 4-speed manual transmission. Highlights include an AS41 universal engine case, full-flow oiling with a deep sump and spin-on filter, two- barrel Weber carburetor, electric distributor, electric fuel pump, aftermarket header with a quiet muffler, and a Gen 3 IRS (zig-zag) transaxle. Performance and handling upgrades consist of front and rear sway bars, front disc brakes with dual calipers, Kafer torque bar set, air shocks in the rear, and high-end transmission mounts. Additional features include all-new wiring, battery cutoff, aftermarket oil pressure, temperature, tachometer, and volt gauges, BugPack shifter, aftermarket steering wheel, chrome running boards, sunroof, crank windows, and fresh interior upholstery. The floor pans and rockers are in excellent condition, and the car has been repainted within recent years, making this Beetle a well-sorted and thoughtfully upgraded classic.
