GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this exceptionally nice, 1969 Chevrolet Corvette for your consideration. This Corvette comes suiting a Tuxedo Black exterior over a clean Black interior. Powering this Chevrolet is its numbers matching, 427ci V8 tri-power (L68) mated to its original 4-speed manual transmission and rear end. The motor has been recently rebuilt by Jim Reid automotive (approx 6k miles ago) and it was rebuilt with all forged internals and dynoed at 450hp and 540lb-ft torque. Along with the motor, a new centerforce dual-friction clutch was put in place, the distributor was rebuilt, a new waterpump, thermostat, hoses, rebuilt steering box, new Holley 2300 center carb, rebuilt secondary carbs, a complete power steering system rebuild with all new hydraulic components, complete brake system rebuild with all OE components used including, a new master cylinder, distribution valve, all 4-calipers and rotors, stainless steel lines, new complete 2.5" rear exhaust with original style mufflers from Corvette Central, many new suspension components, and much, much more. This Vette was spec'd new with air conditioning - along with the most recent engine rebuild, the A/C was removed, but all of the factory hardware, mounts, and compressor will come with the vehicle (not installed). This Vette sounds phenomenal, runs excellent, and is a head-turner where ever you take it. Drive this one out of our showroom or have us assist with shipping it to you anywhere in the United States! Don't hesitate to give us a call with any questions or for more information.

The Chevrolet Corvette (C3) is a sports car that was produced from 1967 until 1982 by Chevrolet for the 1968 to 1982 model years. Engines and chassis components were mostly carried over from the previous generation, but the body and interior were new. It set new sales records with 53,807 produced for the 1979 model year. The C3 is the third generation of the Chevrolet Corvette and marks the second time the Corvette would carry the Stingray name, though only for the 1969 - 1976 model years. This time it was a single word as opposed to Sting Ray as used for the 1963 - 1967 C2 generation. The name would then be retired until 2014 when it returned with the release of the C7.
