2001 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra

The 2001 SVT Cobra received a few changes from the earlier years. The engine block was changed from Teksid to the Windsor Aluminum Plant and also received different cylinder heads for improved durability. The transmission was also upgraded from a simple 4-speed to the now present 5-speed giving it a more drivable and enjoyable feel behind the wheel. The rear bumper changed this year and instead of saying "Mustang" it now says "Cobra", the rear badges also changed as did the interior trim and center console. The look of the gauges received a nice upgraded look, the headlights were blackened to give it a more aggressive look and overall attention to detail was prevalent in this example.
