This 1977 MGB Convertible is a striking example of a classic British roadster that has been meticulously maintained and thoughtfully upgraded. Finished in a vibrant red repaint completed in 2024, the car presents beautifully with a black interior, matching black top, and an unmistakable vintage charm. A full set of five brand-new wire wheels installed in 2023 (a $1,800 upgrade) complements the sporty exterior, while the car also benefits from five new Michelin tires fitted in 2022, including a fresh spare mounted in the trunk.

Inside, the cockpit has been refreshed with plush new carpeting in both the cabin and trunk areas, installed in mid-2025 at a total cost of over $1,000. The pleated seats were redone in 2023, offering a clean and comfortable place to enjoy the drive. The dashboard has been detailed with a new overlay template, giving it a refined finish, and fresh floor mats were added in 2025. The car also comes with three custom covers—full car, tonneau, and half—for versatile protection in any condition.

Mechanically, this MGB has seen over $2,500 in performance and reliability upgrades. A Bosch ignition system ensures fast, reliable starts every time, while a Monza exhaust system adds a throaty, sporty note to the driving experience. A new radiator was fitted in 2024, and a new battery was installed in September of the same year. Additional recent improvements include a new hood latch system and a custom-made black leather convertible top that adds both style and durability.

Rustproofed in 2010, this MGB remains rust-free and solid underneath. The most recent maintenance includes a fresh oil and filter change, ensuring the car is ready for summer cruising. Altogether, this example blends classic British styling with over $9,000 in tasteful, functional enhancements, making it an excellent candidate for spirited weekend drives or casual shows.
