The GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this custom five window 1935 Ford Coupe. This hot rod is finished in the exterior color of Hot Rod Black with era correct red and white pinstriping. Custom black and red interior gives the cockpit an striking look. Powered by a Chevy 383 V8 that sends the power to the rear wheels through a turbo 350 transmission. This coupe features a Mustang II front end with tubular upper and lower control arms, 9” Ford rear end, 4 link suspension, and front disc brakes. A billet steering wheel is attached to the GM tilt steering column. The dash encases antique style AutoMeter gauges, and Vintage Air billet controls. A PLC Punch Level Control drives the high powered sound system. This Hot Rod looks incredible and sits perfectly on "Murdered Out" black wheels with big and skinny tires. This Ford was built for one thing... TO BE DRIVEN! Drive this one out of our showroom or have us assist with shipping anywhere in the United States!

The Model 48 was an update on Ford's V8-powered Model 40A, the company's main product. Introduced in 1935, the Model 48 was given a cosmetic refresh annually, begetting the 1937 Ford before being thoroughly redesigned for 1941. The 1935 Ford's combination of price, practicality, and looks vaulted the company ahead of rival Chevrolet for the sales crown that year, with 820,000 sold. The 1935 Ford was a thorough refresh on the popular V8-powered Ford. The transverse leaf spring suspension remained, but the front spring was relocated ahead of the axle to allow more interior volume. The body was lowered and new "Center-Poise" seating improved comfort. Visually, the 1935 Ford was much more modern with the grille pushed forward and made more prominent by de-emphasized and more-integrated fenders, reflecting modern Art Deco influences.
