Finished in timeless white, this 1971 Volkswagen Super Beetle captures everything enthusiasts love about the iconic air-cooled Volkswagen while benefiting from an extensive list of thoughtful mechanical and cosmetic updates. The clean exterior is complemented by classic chrome trim and a tasteful set of Porsche-style alloy wheels that give the Beetle a subtle sporting appearance without taking away from its unmistakable vintage charm. Whether you're looking for a weekend cruiser, a local show car, or simply one of the most recognizable classics ever built, this Super Beetle delivers an authentic driving experience with modern reliability improvements.
Power comes from a rebuilt 1,600cc air-cooled flat-four engine with approximately 600 miles since completion. Backing the engine is a 4-speed manual transmission that provides the engaging driving feel Volkswagen made famous. To improve dependability, the car has been fitted with a new carburetor, alternator, fuel pump, engine mounts, and fuel tank. A completely renewed braking system, fresh tires, and upgraded engine components help make this Beetle ready to be enjoyed with confidence.
Inside, the cabin has been refreshed with a new interior that presents cleanly while maintaining the Beetle's simple and functional design. The color-coordinated dashboard, comfortable bucket seats, and classic Volkswagen steering wheel create an inviting atmosphere that feels true to the era. Modern touches include an upgraded Pioneer stereo system for improved audio quality, while the factory heater remains functional for cool-weather cruising.
Additional upgrades include LED headlights for improved nighttime visibility, a brand-new windshield, and new weatherstripping throughout the vehicle to help keep the cabin sealed from the elements. From its extensive mechanical refresh to its tasteful cosmetic enhancements, this 1971 Volkswagen Super Beetle is an easy-to-own classic that blends vintage personality with practical upgrades, making it equally at home on weekend drives, local cruise-ins, or adding a unique piece of automotive history to any collection.
