The Le Baron Highline brought a sporty, European inspired edge to Chrysler's convertible lineup in the late 80s, and this example pairs that stylish body with genuine performance thanks to its turbocharged engine and rare manual transmission combination. It's the kind of setup that turns a classic convertible cruiser into something with real driving character behind the wheel.
Finished in a vibrant Flash Red with a crisp white convertible top, this Le Baron has a bold, eye catching presence that perfectly captures late 80s convertible style. The color combination gives it a fresh, sporty look that still turns heads today.
Power comes from a turbocharged 2.2L inline four, paired with a 5 speed manual transmission sending power to the front wheels, a genuinely fun and engaging combination that's harder to find than the more common automatic setups from this era. It's a drivetrain built for spirited driving with the top down.
Inside, a Dark Quartz Gray interior offers a rich, upscale contrast to the bright red exterior, further elevated by wood interior trim that adds a touch of classic luxury to the cabin. Power everything rounds out the interior, making this a convertible that's just as comfortable as it is fun to drive.
This Le Baron Highline is a great find for anyone who wants genuine open top driving fun paired with a manual transmission and turbocharged power, all wrapped in a bold, head turning color combination.
