Originally built in 2003 at a cost of more than $180,000, this Speedstar was designed with no expense spared and has gone on to become a multiple award winner. With only 6,833 miles since its completion, it remains an exceptional example of one of the finest Speedstars ever built.

Finished in Green Metallic with a beautifully appointed Tan leather interior, this Ford combines classic hot rod proportions with an incredible level of custom craftsmanship. The body features suicide doors, smoothed surfaces, extensive chrome, a power trunk, power windows, and numerous one-off details throughout. Specially machined billet wheels, large rear tires, and smaller front tires give the Speedstar an aggressive stance while maintaining the refined appearance of a high-end show car.

Power comes from a 350ci V8 backed by a TH350 automatic transmission. The engine compartment has been meticulously detailed with a smoothed and painted engine, while the entire underside of the vehicle has been fully painted to match the attention to detail found throughout the rest of the build. Autometer gauges, tilt steering, and modern conveniences add usability without taking away from the handcrafted character of this incredible Ford.

The interior is another highlight, featuring a custom Tan leather cabin crafted by renowned automotive interior designer Paul Atkins. Hand-made trim, one-off components, billet details, and carefully finished chrome can be found throughout the vehicle, showcasing the level of craftsmanship that went into this build. Virtually every aspect of the Speedstar was purpose-built rather than simply pulled from an aftermarket catalog.
