1929 Ford Model A Hot Rod

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this 1929 Ford Model A Special Coupe Hot Rod for your consideration. The Special Coupe was built from July 19, 1928 to June 1929. The very rare Special coupe only distinctive features between the Standard Coupe 45A and the Special Coupe 49A is the artificial leather top on the rear back around the back window. Roughly 18,500 units were built. Powering this unique creation is a 350 GM Chevy crate motor with only 813 KM miles on the clock. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a TCI TH350 automatic transmission with a Lokar floor shifter and an S-10 rear end.

Externally the car is finished in a White Pearl paint with a clear coat. The restoration was a frame off job done in 2020. This car is extremely visually appealing and is sure to capture the attention of many. Other features include new power front disc brakes, 4 inch drop axle, Vega steering box, 4 lind rear suspension with coil overs, Vintage air heater, Auto-Meter gauges, aluminum radiator, new tinted windows, new carpet, new electric wipers, new tires and wheels, all original steel body.
