This 1967 Plymouth GTX Pro-Touring 2 Door sedan is one of the most tastefully modified super stock pro touring cars that we have been involved with. Every square inch of this classic has been restored, configured or modified to the highest standards, all done by staying within boundaries that even the most purest of MOPAR enthusiasts can appreciate.

The 1967 Plymouth GTX was dubbed by Plymouth to be the perfect blend of style and performance. The 1967 GTX offered here deliberately expanded that theory. Gene Noble, of G-tech Cars and Engineering was given the canvas consisting of a rust free, desert southwest 440 Supercomando GTX. The final product is nothing short of a masterpiece of power, performance and style. The car features its factory correct block bored and stroked to 512 CID, fortified with ported and polished aluminum heads, fed with a massive Performa dual feed 4 barrel Proforma 870 CFM carburetor sitting on top of a high rise Edelbrock aluminum intake. Power is transferred via a 727 Torqueflite transmission fortified with stall converter and applied by its sure-grip 3.55:1 rear axle. Other features include headers, big aluminum radiator with 2 electric cooling fans, oversized aluminum oil pan, oversized aluminum transmission pan, 3 inch exhaust etc. The car also features big 4 wheel ventilated disc brakes by Wilwood with proportioning valve, coil over front suspension, big stabilizer bars, balanced billet aluminum pulleys with integrated serpentine system.

The rotisserie restored body features factory sheet metal and is finished in a stunning and aggressive paint scheme. It features perfect fit and lazar straight panals and paint. All factory body bolts and hardware were removed, re-plated, and re used where ever possible. The accents of the car features the perfect blend of original trim pieces and badging, with masterfully fabricated billet aluminum brackets, hood hinges and accent pieces. All riding on custom 17 inch aluminum wheels.

The interior is left in completely stock form featuring bucket seats, original console and shifter, original dash, new upholstery on seats and door panels and new carpet. The interior also features custom mounted gauges, and a vintage “knee-knocker” style tachometer.
