1961 Jeep CJ-5

Jeep and the Willys brand is one of the most iconic and noticeable vehicles in American history. With a strong representation in just about every military conflict or war, these were built to go anywhere and be just about indestructible. Variations of this range from survivor models to highly modified and specialized models that look better than new. Pleased to present this nicely represented 1961 Jeep Willys CJ5 setup with some cool features and well cared for and maintained. Vehicle spent majority of its life in the Southern States with a few owners in NJ and PA. Vehicle was restored with fresh paint along with many other cosmetic features such as; new switches, gauge cluster, turn signals, horn, steering wheel, new soft top with doors, custom front bumper with a Badland ZXR winch with steel braided line and remote, new gaskets, 15in chrome ProComp wheels with new Goodyear tires, recovered front seats with lap belts, rubber interior mat, passenger side mounted spare, driver side mirror, and wiper motor (inop).

Vehicle fires up with ease and don't need the choke unless it has been sitting for weeks. All lights are working properly with turn signals and brake lights, horn beeps and front winch works great and appears to have never been used. Front fog lights are ready to be wired and switch on dash is ready for wiring. Vehicle has quite a few extra parts and items that go with the Jeep such as; side mounted “Jerry Can”, full roll cage, extra parts, ration can, and lug wrench. 4x4 engages very smoothly with hi & lo range along with a smooth shifting 3speed manual transmission that provides plenty of power along with ability to get up to 60mph+ with ease.
