GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this 1969 Ford Mustang Custom Fastback for your consideration. It is powered by a genuine “R” code 438ci Cobra Jet V8 which is mated to a custom-built C6 3-speed automatic transmission. The powerplant is strong and sends power to the rear wheels through a 9-inch Ford rear end.
This Mustang underwent a complete rotisserie restoration a few years back at which point it received a repaint in a custom Fly Yellow color. It also received new factory 5-spoke wheels, fiberglass hood, and front fenders, new sheet metal, and all chrome was replaced or refinished.
Inside the vehicle has also received many changes from stock. It features Mach1 gauges and clock, Shelby center console, new glass and rubber seals, and Shelby emblems and decals both inside the vehicle and out. The black vinyl interior is in great shape and features wood accents throughout. Also fitted is an aftermarket Pioneer audio system and roll-bar.
Mechanically this Mustang is in great shape with front disc brakes, Cobra Jet rear brakes, replaced front suspension with heavy-duty sway bar, upgraded radiator, air conditioning, power steering, and power brakes.
