1949 Cadillac Series 62

This new motor was often paired with a four-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission like this example. Reports claim the new engine setup brought this land yacht of a vehicle up to 60 in around 16 seconds when new.

Old Cadillacs are some of the most beautiful and recognizable classic cars.
