1965 Shelby Cobra

The Shelby Cobra is likely the most recognizable cars on the planet. Ford's racing success with the Cobra in the mid 60's earned them world-wide recognition and respect and people came out of the wood work when they started hitting showroom floors around the country. To this day the love affair continues as many companies continue to build continuation chassis to replicate the icon.
This well-done Cobra by Classic Roadsters Ltd is a fantastic recreation 427 body. The car is powered by a professionally 355 V8 engine featuring 4 barrel carb, MSD ignition, Aluminum radiator, headers, Moroso valve covers, braided lines, AN fittings, electric fan etc. The transmission is a turbo 350 automatic with an 8.8 rear end. The interior features classic style bucket seats, full carpet, VDO gauges, B&M shifter, signature wood steering wheel and fully finished dash and door panels. The body has been wonderfully finished and is dressed in Le Mans Blue paint with classic white stripes. The fit and finish on this cobra is amazing and the classic Halibrand style wheels and side pipes top off the look of this Cobra. The performance of this Cobra is amazing as it pulls strong in all gears, the coil suspension keeps it planted to the road and the steering is tight and true. The car is said to have approximately 600 miles it since completion and is ready for new enjoyment.
