1972 Ford Bronco Explorer

Just in time for summer fun, GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present another highly original and completely wonderful early Bronco offering. This two owner Bronco has resided in 3 states until our recent acquisition. The second owner purchased the truck from Arizona approximately 15 years ago where it was kept at a second home in Idaho and then moved to his residence in California until our recent acquisition. The truck has been well maintained by both parties with service records dating back through the 15 years of the second party ownership. This Bronco was used fairly often by the most recent owner so much attention to drivability was given. Notable services included: Steering box rebuild, suspension bushings, steering bushings, brakes rebuilt including wheel cylinders, timely service and tune ups etc.
Today, as the result of mechanical attention, dry climates and consistent care, not only is this 72 Bronco Explorer one of the best driving examples we have had, it still retains its factory body panels, completely original, dry and untouched floors and underside that show wonderfully, original engine with original engine bay etc. It has been painted once in its life time approximately 20 years ago in its original and desirable factory color, “Tampico Yellow”.
Highlights include: 302 V8 engine, 3 speed manual transmission, uncut original sheet-metal, new seat upholstery, newer rubber flooring, seat belts, removable hard-top, custom steel wheels, rear mounted spare, tow package, dual fuel tanks, and desirable Explorer trim.
