1952 Ford F2

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1952 Ford F2 for consideration. This F2 is finished in a Red exterior over a Black Vinyl interior. The power plant is believed to be its original Flathead V8 paired along with a 5 Speed Manual floor-shift transmission that is strong in each gear and feels great over the factory 3 speed column shifter. The truck starts up with a snap of the key and it goes down the road like new. The owner recently put on new tires, a dual exhaust, shock absorbers, new battery and also had the brakes looked over and properly adjusted. The paint, body and interior appear to have been completed some time ago; however they still show very well for a driver. The Ford Bonus Built or better known as the F-Series Pick-up, was sold from 1948 through 1952. It was Fords first attempt at a Post WWII built truck and to be quite honest pretty early on in the consumer truck ring as a whole. Up until this time, most truck sales were for commercial businesses and not the average consumer. But now as roads get better and people start moving to the county they rely on themselves to get things done. The F-series was built at more than sixteen different Ford plants.
