GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1968 Chevrolet K-20 for consideration. This truck has received a full frame-off restoration by the previous owner 8 years back in Pennsylvania. It is finished in a clean Orange and White paint job that looks fresh after receiving a full professional detail. The power plant is a 1972 Corvette LS5 that was built by C3 Automotive in Brighton, MI in October of 2017. Some specs and features include; 454 cubic inch V8 BBC bored .30 over, Dome pistons 10.1:1 compression, Comp Cams .550 lift cam, Edelbrock 750 CFM carburetor with electric choke and vacuum secondary, MSD style ignition box with mechanical advance billet aluminum distributer, dual electric fans, power steering, freshly built 700R4 transmission, freshly built NP205 transfer case, Corporate 14 bolt rear axle with 4.56:1 gears and a new Yukon locker, Dana 44 front axle with mechanical lockouts and 4.56:1 gearing, 1967 wood floor bed, 3” body lift, 33x12.5-16.5 all terrains and much more. The entire powertrain has been rebuilt and has less than 150 miles on engine, transmission and transfer case. This is a superior build with no expenses spared, please call or email us today for more information on this 1968 Chevrolet K-20.

The C/K was Chevrolet and GMC's full -size pickup truck line from 1960 until 2000 in the United States and Canada, from 1964 to 2001 in Brazil, and from 1975 to 1982 in Chile. The first Chevrolet pickup truck was introduced in 1924, though in-house designs did not appear until 1930. "C" indicated two-wheel drive and "K" indicated four-wheel drive. A new, more modern look came in 1967, along with a new nickname: "Action Line". It was with this revision of the C/K truck that General Motors began to add comfort and convenience items to a vehicle line that had previously been for work purposes alone. The majority of 10 series and some 20 series Chevrolet trucks from 1967 to 1972 were equipped with a coil spring trailing arm rear suspension, which greatly improved the ride over traditional leaf springs.
