1988 Ford Mustang GT

The third generation Mustang was produced from 1978 through 1993 and was built on Ford's widely used Fox platform. There was only one real time that major changes and or improvements were made. This happened in 1987 when some styling changes were made.

These cars were very popular amongst consumers and the aftermarket performance companies saw an opportunity to tap the racers of the world.
