1985 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz

Now in its eighth generation for the Eldorado, the 1979 brought on a trimmer Cadillac than the previous platform. Both the Toronado and Riviera are on the same platform as well and share pretty much everything except the badging.

A variety of engines were fitted in to these cars trying to figure out the best combination for fuel economy and power as the federal government were putting the heat on auto manufacturers to get a better handle on fuel economy.

This has to be one of the best color combinations out there on these luxury cruisers. The particular example that we are offering here comes out of long term family ownership and has been used as a family summer cottage car for many years. It is fitted with a new top that operates perfectly. This Biarritz starts, runs and drives as it should. It is in need of a few cosmetics like the bumper extenders in the rear that have dry rotted and cracked and it is also in need of some interior repair if you so desire. Otherwise, drive it as is. Priced accordingly with good miles and a very solid structure and pure elegant styling.
