1969 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ-40

Pleased to offer a very clean and recent recipient of a frame off restoration and significant care and dedication to the build of this amazing FJ40. Vehicle was brought back from the sunny dry climate of Arizona where it remained in the care of a husband and wife who drove this FJ back and forth from their farm and ranch. After many years of life and dedicated service the FJ was traded a few times until about 5yrs ago when a father and son took on a project to rebuild and restore this very clean and rust free buggy.

The FJ frame was removed from the body and carefully dissembled and primed, painted and all proper nuts, bolts, screws accurately put back together. Engine was removed and torn down and built back with new components and tuned to perfection. A pull of the choke and a flick of the key and it comes to life. Interior was gone thru with new seat cushions, original frames and jump seats restored. New period correct steering wheel, gauges, and emblems represent well throughout. Dash pad is new along with headliner, door seals, window seals, blinkers, bulbs, and wipers. Lights work; blinkers function and wipers operate as planned. Period correct style winch is mounted to front bumper along with tools to operate. New 15in steel wheels with center caps are tastefully mounted on a new set of Hankook all terrain tires.

Vehicle runs and drives with ease and has only logged 146 miles since the restoration and is in need of a new owner that will enjoy and drive this FJ on a daily basis or tuck away and watch it continue to appreciate in today's market. These timeless vehicles are never going to be out of style and ones like this that are done so well, deserve a good home!
