The body was completely taken off the frame, completely and properly re-finished accordingly, near flawlessly applied paint, acrylic coated frame, all new suspension, all new stainless and / or grade 8 hardware, all new body mounts, bushings grommets etc., newly painted interior, new headliner, new rubber floors, etc. The engine and drive train was removed, refurbished and serviced as needed and reinstalled with all new hoses, lines, belts, clamps, hardware etc., and the brakes were rebuilt with new wheel cylinders, lines and refurbished master and slave. Other highlights include a professionally installed Saginaw Power Steering conversion, Vintage Air Conditioning, 10000 lb Champion Winch, Extra Gas Can, New Tires and Wheels etc. The performance and drivability of this FJ is as good as it gets, especially when you factor in the power steering and air conditioning. Three years since the restoration, this FJ has been enjoyed for nearly 1200 miles, it is fully sorted and ready for immediate use.
