1980 Jeep CJ-5

The Jeep CJ-5 was a great setup for the adventure seeker as the short wheelbase and narrow tracks gave you the ability to get just about anywhere. Still sporty though with the 258ci inline 6 and capable 4spd manual transmission with 4x4. These have a long history and finding nice ones are getting more difficult as many of them rusted away.

Offered here is a sharp 1980 Jeep CJ-5 that has been well cared for and is in great shape. This Jeep was repainted roughly 3yrs ago in Spruce Tip Green and new seat covers by Smitty Bilt were added with rear spare tire cover, center console and a new soft top with doors by BestTop. Inside the Jeep is simple and functional with operating tilt wheel, headlights, turn signals, wipers, horn, and heater fan.

The Jeep as newer BF Goodrich T/A tires that are mounted on freshly painted 15in wagon wheels. Tow hitch is mounted on the rear and trim and hardware are in place and in nice condition. Under the hood is a recently rebuilt inline 6 according to previous owner with newer battery and the jack and tool is secured. Vehicle comes with two keys for ignition and for the locking center console. Some specs; 3.54 rear gear, T-176 4spd manual and Dana 300 transfer case.
