1972 Chevrolet Nova SS

The Chevy Nova was a completely fresh design by general motors to complete with the growing “compact” car market of the early 60's. The car was built with a uni-body design to compete directly with Ford's Falcon, AMC Rambler, and Studebakers Lark. The Nova, also known as the Chevy II, due to its size and lightweight, was soon targeted for performance packages. The Super Sport package came available in 1963, and soon performance versions of Chevy's big and small block V8's made regular appearances under the hood. To this day, The Chevy Nova is a revered muscle car.

According to the owner this is only 14,000 miles since the restoration. It is powered by its 383 stroker V8 paired with an automatic transmission with a B&M Quicksilver console shifter. Highlights include power brakes, power steering, rear air shocks, front disc brakes, dual 12 inch cooling fans, 12 bolt 3:73 rear end, dual exhaust with headers, American Racing Chrome wheels, aluminum heads and aluminum intake, Holley carburetor, Phantom gauges.
