We are very pleased to offer this 1947 Chevrolet Fleetmaster Convertible for purchase. The Fleetmaster was flying off the factory floors to homes in the immediate post-war years. The elegant styling of rounded out smooth panels made the Fleetmaster the top trim level available, and still a popular body style of antiques & hot rods today.

This example has been owned by the same owner for the last 45 years and the miles are believed to be original. The car spent many years stored away waiting for the right time for restoration. This example appears to be rock solid. The car comes with the owners manual along with dealer brochures. Highlights include a dash clock, functioning power convertible top, neat and tidy interior, wide whitewall tires mounted on factory wheels and tires, spare tire and jack. The car remains in its original 6 volt system and is powered by its 216 I6 engine paired with a 3 speed manual transmission. The car runs and handles very well and is a pleasure to drive.
