GR Auto Gallery is pleased to produce this handsome 1926 Ford Model TT C-Cab pickup for your consideration. When first produced in 1917, the Model TT was sold as a chassis with the buyer supplying a body. The price was $600. Starting in 1924 the truck was available with a factory produced body. By 1926 the price had dropped to $325. The rear axle of the TT was different from the T as it had a worm drive unlike a regular pinion in the T. We took this TT for a cruise and were pleased with its performance, speed and drivability.
The TT rides on 5.25 5.50.6 – 20 in the rear and 4.40 4.50-21 in the front. The horn works along with the amp meter. The wood body is in excellent condition and is finished in black and green. The brass accents the metal work well. This is an excellent running and handling example. The wiring appears to be new as well along with a new gas tank.
