The car was built by a long time, fast car enthuiast. In the mid 1970s he built the top-fuel dragster “Hallucination” and was at the dragstrip with the likes of Don Garlitz and Shirley Muldowney. He later owned and operated Tico Racing Engines near MIS Speedway where he built many cars and engines for other racing teams. The owner drove this 1940 Ford for 30 years with the old v8 in it and decided it was time to build himself a fast car. The car has less than 30 miles on the build of the engine.
