1996 Chevrolet Corvette

The end of the C4 era with the '96 model year Vette, Chevy was onto a bigger and wider version for their sports car and after over 10yrs this generation was being retired. With over 20k sold in '96 which was a nice jump from the previous years it gave Chevy confidence that the market was hungry for the next version.

This quite striking Coupe is in fantastic shape and is very evident that the previous owners loved it and cared for it very well. This vehicle fires up with no hesitation and the fit and finish of all panels, interior and mechanics is like a time capsule. Nicely optioned from the Bowling Green factory with most options like; Delco Gold Series stereo with cassette and CD, full power seats, active handling, removable painted top, performance axle G92, and the trusty and enjoyable 4spd automatic transmission with the LT1 5.7L V8 that cranked out 300hp.

Vehicle retains all factory features and remains stock minus the blacked out front lenses and rear louvered tail light covers. Privacy shade, owner's manual, two sets of keys, tools and factory correct directional tires on front and rear of vehicle are proof of the care and respect this Vette received in its past.

Many of these C4's have fallen into the hands of young adults that could not keep them nice or neglected them in the weather or on the drag strip. Nicely cared for ones like this is a rare find and these are destined to have an upside in the near future.
