The Monte Carlo ran as a 2-door coupe for Chevrolet for six generations from 1970 to 2007. With the body style coming off of NASCAR success, production picked up for the body style with gaining popularity for the SS trim level. In the 1980's, harsh limitations on emissions leftover from the late 70's left the car-buying public starving for power and Chevy took advantage with the Monte Carlo SS.

This sweet ride has had many upgrades including Baer performance brake kit, ZZ performance PCM tune, ZZ performance 3.3 modular pulley, TOG headers, TOG downpipe with high flow catalytic converters, new resonator, SLP 2.5 cat back exhaust, ported and polished heads by Enhanced Performance of Lansing at 55,000 miles, ZZP VS cam installed by ZZ performance at 55,000 miles, ZZ performance ported supercharger with machined LIM with aluminum gaskets, ZZ performance stage 1 throttle body(72 mm), GM racing differential, Transgo shift kit, intense performance input shaft, transmission was built by Enhanced Performance Transmission in Lansing, and more. The Monte Carlo shows very well both inside and out and was very well taken care of. The car rides on 17 inch Motino wheels. The car has heated seats, power windows, power mirrors, power locks, dual climate control and a sunroof.
